I'm trying to lose weight and tomorrow will be my 7th day on cabbage diet, then I want to eat sensibly and drop a couple pounds a week at least, I am walking a mile a day but do I need to do more? I seriously do not know how to proceed in a constructive way. I am 66. I'm feeling so bad but I know I can do it with a little advice.
