Im worried I kept having really bad leg cramps last night specifically in my claf then traveling to me foot where I literally felt I couldn't move my foot, this kept recurring every hour not letting me sleep, im afraid of it being a blood clot. This was a very painful cramp hard to describe. Im currently not active as in exercise because im trying to gain weight im 90 pounds, I am anemic, im a vegan eating alot of fruits mainly fruits and potatoes.
