I'm Worried I'm Losing My Taste. Everything I Eat And

I'm worried I'm losing my taste. Everything I eat and drink tastes like plastic, burnt plastic, or funny chemicals. Sometimes it's a soapy taste. I can't taste spice or sugar anymore. I think it could be thyroid medicine I started taking about 4 weeks ago. Is it permanent? I suspect I had undiagnosed hypothyroidism for at least 2 years before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and now take a daily dose .25mcg of Levothyroxine. Within 4 days I felt huge difference. I had so much more energy and didn't feel like a sick dying person anymore. Lately I can't enjoy anything i taste and can only eat a few bites of food before I get painfully bloated as if I ate a huge meal. Medicine side effects or thyroid trouble? Is it permanent? Will it go away? Could it be something completely unrelated?
