Immense Pressure And Pain In Ears, Dizziness, Creaking Sound In Ears. History Of Swimming And Diving In Local Lake. Advice

Hi, I went swimming in a local lake today and dived off some rocks into the water from a height. immediately after surfacing my throat and ears were hurting me. I felt strong pressure within my ears and an almost burning sensation in my throat ... although my throat is now feeling better my ears are not. I can still feel immense pressure that won't escape even when the ear lobe is pulled on as commonly know. I can hear a creaking sound like escaping air from my ears every now and again but I'm in pain with the pressure, it's making me feel dizzy and off balance ... Your advice would be appreciated thankyou

hi,
as per your history it looks like your ear drum (tympanic membrane is damged) kindly meet up your ear specialist as soon as possible, may be it is added with infection as you have swimed in the lake.

wish you good health, take care.
