Implantation Bleeding, Brown, Pink, Mucus Discharge, Hpt And Faint Positive, Darkening Of Nipples. Suggestions?

I'm 7 weeks later had a positive hpt a faint positive and the rest negative. I also had what I thought was implantation bleeding where I spotted brown and when I wiped it was light pink and a lot of mucus discharge. I had darkening of the nipples and they hurt as I speak just as a lot of fatigue and having to pee. What could this be

These are all related to pregnancy.
Please do not worry, as these are common problems during pregnancy. If the test was faint positive, better repeat it after waiting for 4-5 days using the morning sample of urine. From your query I assume you have repeated the test.
If you have already done the HPT and it is negative it may be missed abortion. An ultrasound examination is needed in such cases where it is possible to see the status of the baby. Usually the symptoms of pregnancy like nausea, vomiting and increased frequency of passing urine decrease after a missed but still it needs to be ruled out.
So, get an ultrasound done so that further line of treatment can be determined.
