In Oct 2016 I Have A Bilateral Right Mastectomy Where

In Oct 2016 I have a bilateral right mastectomy where they removed 3 lymph nodes. Last August they found an 11 cm lymph node under my arm. It was biopsied and was told it was nothing. I have been having a constant shooting and throbbing pain in the same area. Should the lymph node be removed? The doctors, including the oncologist have passed it off as nothing. Even though I have been on multiple antibiotics since my surgery.
