In a person with a PCN allergies and a diagnosis of chronic osteomylitis post knee replacement. What is the likelihood of above the knee amputation?initial knee replacement 2016. Patient know have fever. Edema of knee leg and of affected limb and progressive pain. Also have spasms of affected leg. Scheduled to have surgery and 6/27/2018. Plan to remove hardware . Insert deep line and administer IV antibiotics
