In The Last Three Weeks I Have Had My Rectum

In the last three weeks i have had my rectum removed and a stoma put in place.....During my two weeks in Hospital i experiences minor ercetions...I attempted to masturbate the other evening and at the point of ejaculation there was no sign of any semen and i experienced a strange sensation around my pelvic area which lasted abobout 20 seconds. Several minutes after this i had a discharge of seminal fluid...Is this normals I might add there was no pain during this incident.....im a 66 yrs old male with no other complication or medical conditiond and my sex life has always been good.
