In the past five years, I’ve lost five immediate family members. The first was my sister in law from COPD after having post polio syndrome. Then I lost a man, I considered a son. He had lived with my family since he was fourteen. He and my son were best friends. He died of alcoholism. The third was my niece, who practically lived with us . She had a massive heart attack at only43. Then I lost my mom at 93. That was a blessing. The last was my husband of 54years. He died in my arms of pancreatic cancer, after only a two week diagnosis.
Now my blood pressure seems to be a bit high, but I don’t feel stressed most of the tim. What do I say to my dr. when he asked,” What seems to be the trouble?”
