Indentation In Top Middle Part Of Head, Tender To Touch, Moody. Have C4,5 Herniation. Any Ideas?

I have discovered a indentation in top middle part if my head. It is tender to touch and after feeling around for a min I pain kind of like but a cold ice pack on the skin feeling. Burn and tenderness. I have swish sound or pulse sound in my ears. I have a c4 c5 herniation and the left side of indent is bigger than the rugby side of indent. I have been under stesd and very moody. The moody behavior I am blaming it on pms. It is bothersome to me bc I didn't notice before and it gets aggravated obce it is touched. I'm nervous what it may be
