Infant Bitten By Pet Dog, Applied Alcohol On Scratches. How To Treat Him?

hi doctor. my son is 15months old and got bitten by our pet dog 2 hours ago. on his tummy, but it has no bleeding nor skin pierce,he had just a minimal scratches that are kinda red. i put alcohol on it. what should i do? should i be concerned about this? i'm scared for my son. please help!
