Infant, Exclusively Breast Fed, Has Frequent Watery Stools, Temporary Relief With Smecta. Suggestions?

Hi, my baby is 3 months old. 20days back she had frequent watery stool up to 8 times a day. I gave smecta. The stool changed from yellow to green sticky and became normal. After 2 days the same thing happened and again I gave smecta and now this is happening 3 time in a row and I giving smecta with probiotics . Help me exclusively breast feeding.

Give her probiotics along with smecta for 7 days atleast.
Maintain good hygiene and check the stool for rota viral antigen.
