3month old baby hving watery stools for last 3 days. Had tken him to d doctor n was asked to dilute his formula for 24 hrs. The nxt day he passed watery stools thrice but was taking his feeds normally. Yest mornin his poop was fine but in d evening he passed watery stools again twice. N evry time he farts a few drops of watery stool passes. Today morning very loose stools and a very slight temperature. Baby is active n taking his feeds properly

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhea. I suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS... Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time.
