Infant Fell From Bed. How To Know If There Is A Head Injury?

My 6 weeks Son Fell off bed. I was in the toilet and when I come back he was on the wooden floor crying. Then I breastfeed him and he was a little relax. I could even change his pampers after that and talk to him. He sleep then after. Should I bring him to the doctor? Could there be internal head injury from the fall? My bed is very low but I have wooden floor.

Hi,
If he didnt have any vomiting or seizures then it is unlikely that he has any internal injury. There might be some delayed signs but are difficult to assess in a 6week old. Just see if he is growing more irritable by the hour. In that case it is best if you consult a doctor and get a CT scan done immediately.
Hoping the best for you.
