hi doctor my son is 8 months old. from the 2nd month onwards,.he got red colour spots in his abdomen and white colour spots on his back.I took him to the doctor he gave me this medicine clotrimazole cream ip . but its spreading ......what can i do...give me a suggesiton... or home remedies thank you in advance shareen

If the lesions have persisted for such a long duration despite giving antifungal cream, fungal infection can be ruled out. It may be atopic dermatitis. Though it is a matter of health of your kid, do not go for home remedies. Dermatology opinion would be the best option.
