hi my 18 month old girl has been off her food & irratiable the last 3weeks intill yesterday no signs of anything really she devolped high temp up in the 38°c and didnt sleep well atall crying alot i gave her parecetamol and it remained high all day but then came down to mild fever 37.6 shes usually always 36.4 when well then lunch time today rised again and she has had temp from 38.5 to 39.5 being the highest and she again isnt sleeping cant do anything to comfort her she just continues to cry and has just been violently sick for the second time tonight she doesnt really like nurofen i gave it at 8 but dont think she swoled any then throw up within seconds but didnt want to give anymore intill 4 hours just incase she has just had 5mls at 12 & keepin it down so far she is still drinking though so hopefully keeping her fluids up just wont eat
