Infant With A Bump On The Head After Being Hit. Takes Time To Wake Up. Anything To Be Concerned?

my 2 month old hit his head. theirs a slight bump and he didn't really cry a lot after it happened. he seemed fine but now he is sleeping harder than normal. I can touch him and he moves a bit like he isn't simply passed out. but to wake him it took longer when usually he awakes easily. it just worries me because he seems to be I a deeper sleep than usual & when I picked him up he seemed really tired. should I be worried?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear user,

He seems to have suffered a concussion. Looking at his age, I strongly recommend taking him to a doctor urgently for scans or ultrasound to rule out any specific internal injury.
