Infant With Abscess Near Anus And Vomiting. What Is The Recovery Time And Chances Of Recurrence?

My son was born on 22.10.2013. For the past 10 days he was vomiting continuously after every breastfeed. So we went to hospital while examine him the Dr. Found a abscess near his anal. They asked us to go to Chelsea and Westminster hospital in central London. There the surgical team slightly punched his abscess and prescribed augmentin antibiotic. Asked us to come after two days. Today we gone there, they examined him and told us he is still having the problem. And also asked us to come on Wednesday.
My queries are,
Is vomiting is normal?
How long it will take to cure abscess?
Will it come again?
Kindly help me, unable to tolerate the suffering s of my new born

Vomiting is unrelated to abscess
Properly drained abscess should respond to antibiotic in a day
Vomiting could be due to improper burping.
