Infant With Recurrent Loose Motions. Once Bacigyl Was Given. Next Time Walamycin. Difference Between These Two Drugs? When To Be Given?
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Walamycin and Bacigyl-N are both antibiotics. Walamycin contains colistin and Bacigyl-N contains norfloxacin and metronidazole. They belong to different groups of antibiotics. They are given in infectious diarrheas which are caused by bacteria and some protozoal organisms. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
