Inflammation In Both Knees After Injury. Unable To Do Physical Activity. Surgery Required? Supplements For Speedy Recovery?
I thorn my LCL and MCL ligaments of my right knee 6 months ago. The mri scan showed inflamation of both sides of the knee (which was done 3 months after my injury was inflicted). Since then my condition hasn t improved. I am trying to get back to full physical activity but am restrained because my knee still hurts and It feels unstable. Standing and walking Isn t such a problem but If i engage in squats or running I feel the difference. I ve used medication only in the first month after my injury. I ve used several cold and heat skin gels as well as some pills for internal take. My question is - Will i recover fully or do i need surgical intervention. How can I improve my mobility, what supplements should I intake to speed up the recovery?
If you have a cruciate ligament injury it is unlikely to recover completely without some intervention Engaging in crunches and excercise that strain the knee and flexing the knee will worsen it You need to have an arthroscopy
