Inner Ear Infection Causes Cold, Sore Throat, Nausea, Dizziness?

I have had a bad cold with sore throat the past few days, and blowing my nose has caused me to become quite dizzy and a bit nauseous. My ears feel blocked but i
heard a popping sound and felt pain after blowing my nose. Could I have an inner ear infection?

Hello

I dont think you have an inner infection , but from your symptoms it does look like that may be having an eustachian tube ( tube between your ear and nose) block. I would like you to start steam inhalation 3-4 times a day and meet your ent doctor for further advice.
thanks
