Inner Thigh Rashes. Scabies? Why Do They Itch?

I HAVE A RASH ON MY INNER THIGHS IT LOOKS LIKE SCABIES BECAUSE THEY ARE TINY BUMPS AND ARE CRUSTING LITTLE AFTER THAT RASH I GOT A SMALL BUMP ON MY INNER LIP ONLY ON THE SIDE BY THE THIGH THAT HAS THE RASH ITS THE RIGHT SIDE. THEY AREN T BURNING AND ARENT BLISTERS IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE HERPES TO ME. THEY ITCH LIKE CRAZY AND A SECOND BUMP ON THAT LABIA APPEARED TODAY.

Hi,

The rash is not herpes zoster.

The possibility is scabies ..you may be right.

It might be irritant or allergic contact dermatitis also.

First , you take treatment for scabies.

Permethrin cream application at night and ivermectol tablet 12 mg at one time would clear the lesion...if it is scabies.

Otherwise go for anti allergic treatment .. Antihistaminics and steroids in tappering dose will improve the condition .

Consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and tratment.
