Insect Bite On Left Arm, Bruising Around Area, Numbness In Fingers, Scabbing. Treatment Options?

I have this bite on my left arm about where the arm creases, I found out about this yesterday, well today there is a bruise area around the bite and that area, and most of the fingers on my hand are now numb also. The bite is some kind of spider or ant bite, as it has scabbed over. It s a soft scab though, not a rough one.

Please take an Antibiotic like Clindamycin and Anti inflammatory drug.
You should also add an Antihistamine .
Nothing to worry.
