Intense Feeling In Muscle In Lower Fat Area, Unable To Sleep For Long. Remedy?

At night, before going to bed, I will start with this intense feeling in the muscle in the lower fat area of the back of my leg. It causes me to want to keep moving the leg, which then causes me not to be able to go to sleep for a long time. This seems to happen every evening, especially in my rt. leg. This is driving me nuts.

Welcome to HCM.
You have to go for certain investigations like cbc.fbs,ppbs,s.b12,d3.
You have to start complete course of oral and intra muscular vitamin b12.
D3 60k once weekly will be helpful.
Take nsaid with muscle relaxant to subside pain.Local application of nsaid gel will be helpful.
If it is recurrent and subsiding with these medicines than go for doppler study to rule out deep vein involvement.
Consult your physician for better guidance and proper medical management.
