Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

I have read complete details of your question. It looks from your details that most probably you are suffering compression of nerve in your neck. This can be due to either prolapsed disc or spondylosis(which leads to enlarged bone ends compressing over nerve).

I am concerned about this symptoms .You should do following to have relief in this-

-Ask your doctor about MRI scan of your neck. This will help in ruling out compression of nerve in your neck or cause for this problem.

-The methyl cobalamin is a neurotropic or nerve vitamin which help with regeneration of nerve. This may help if your body is deprived of this vitamin. There is no need to take it by injection. You may also take orally.

-Wearing collor will be helpful for you.

There are some exercises which you can do after relief of pain-

-Take a good analgesic like advil or aleeve for relief of pain.In severe pain combination of tramadol with paracetamol will be helpful to you.

Hope this all will relieve your problem.

With best wishes.
