Intense Pain In The Abdomen Around The Heart After Drinking Anything

Started this morning after chugging a morning smoothie. While drinking fast, an intense pain in the abdomen, around the heart and a little to the left occured. The same feeling, yet less intense occured when I drank water throughout the day... It all ties back to drinking the smoothie very fast this morning...

I can understand your concern.
That could be because of esophagial reflux. A physical examination followed by investigations are required to arrive at a diagnosis. Your doctor may even ask for a procedure to look into your esophagus. He may advise antacids etc if the diagnosis is confirmed.
