Intermittent fever for 1 week, fatigue and tiredness with yellowish discolouration of sclera. The most likely diagnosis may be jaundice. It may be viral like Hepatitis A. This may have be transmitted by orofacial route. Test results are needed for diagnosis. Rest is advised. Take lot of oral fluids. Take high carbohydrate diet. Avoid fats.
