Interpret Results From These Gram Stain Test

I have a throat swab done. But my doctor is not at the hospital now. The direct gram stain showed
pus cells: rare;
epithelial cells: few;
Gram(+) cocci in pairs: few;
Gram(-) diplococci:few.
FINAL Report: No pathogen isolate.

Can you help me interpret these results?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

These gram positive cocci and diplococcis are part of normal flora of the oral cavity. So you need not worry regarding this report.

There are lot of bacterial living along with us and can be cultured when a throat swab is taken.

So this report is a normal report and nothing significant in this report.
