Hello ma'am,
You have irregular periods as per the history. So first of all treat the cause for the irregularity.
If your periods are regular, say 28 or 30 days, take the mid day, that is 14th or 15th day from the 1st day of the menstrual cycle. 3 days prior or later to that day are the days otherwise called the danger days. If you have sex from the 11th to 17th day concentrating on the mid day, the chance for pregnancy is there.
As you are having irregular periods we can't pin point the days like this.
Penis need not enter fully into the vagina to get pregnant. After ejaculation both of you don't change the position at least for 15 mts and for you 1 hour is better and keep your back little elevated before intercourse. There is no question of the anus regarding pregnancy.
Your husband's problem of not able to retain the erection for a long time is not a problem associated with pregnancy.
Once again find the cause for irregular menstruation. That will make everything alright
Best wishes for success
