General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

PCOS is not always easy to treat. Some patients respond almost immediately whereas others are dependant on medication almost throughout their reproductive life.

If at all the medications have not helped you, please re-visit your doctor for a change in treatment regimen.

The irregularity of yoyr menstrual cycle will have to be corrected, but other than that there should be no problems for conception or during pregnancy as there are treatment regimens to help for all such situations.

Hope this helps.

Best of luck.
