Hi, Siphene is Clomiphene and is used for induction of ovulation while Duphaston is a progestogen used to supplement the hormonal deficiency observed in PCOD. Clomiphene is to be used to a maximum of 6 cycles and hence must be used when all the preliminary investigations like a complete hormonal analysis, tubal patency, glucose tolerance test and male factor assessment are done. The treatment should be given under surveillance and timed intercourse should be done to get proper results. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
