Hi,
As you have developed polycystic ovaries, you need to be treated to regularize the hormonal imbalance that is a consequence. A complete physical evaluation, hormonal profile, glucose tolerance test, serum DHEAS levels should be done. Appropriate treatment in the right direction always helps. Please maintain a healthy weight by maintaining your diet and regular exercise. Oral contraceptive combination along with Metformin usually gives better results with metropathic cycles. Please take iron replacement also as you tend to develop anemia with such blood loss. Hope this helps.
