hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic, i would advice you to continue with the homeopathic medicines, because they are safe and result oriented.PCOD is treated with this science with success.PCOD causes many hormonal changes which cause irregular menses. The correct time to mate in a regular cycle is between 12th to 16th day of cycle, when the ovulation occurs, but in your wifes case it is not so easy to interpret as the cycles are irregular.the menses will become regular once the hormones come in order so Continue with the medication.Have a positive attitude and patience too.All the best.thanks
