Irregular Periods, Itching Breasts, Lower Back Pain, Bloating In Lower Stomach. What Could Be This?
Hi Dr. Manjunath, I have irregular periods and see my period every 6 months or so. when my period comes its very pale for the day and by the next day its gone. Now lately I have been experiencing itching breast for a week and lower back ache and bloating in my lower stomach. Therefore, I took a pregnancy test early in the morning and it came out negative. I still have these symtoms, can you help me understand what is actually happening to my body.
Hi, Thanks for the query. You once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound. You may also need investigation like: hemoglobin estimation, thyroid profile, prolactin levels, estrogen, progesterone, FSH levels estimation etc. By this workup the possibility of pregnancy can be rule out and also the possible causes for your irregular periods can be made out. Depending on the reports treatment can be planned. For more details you can ask me through: http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-sree-gouri-sr/63429 Take care.
