Hi,

PCOD is a common hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age. The name of the condition comes from the appearance of the ovaries in most, but not all, women with the disorder — enlarged and containing numerous small cysts located along the outer edge of each ovary.

Now you do not have periods regularly if no medication is taken, more over you are wanting to conceive and wanted to know if its possible and what you need to do for it.

Yes its possible for you to conceive but its bit harder then for normal females. You will need a prescription of ovulation inducing drug so it will increases your chances to conceive.

ADVICE: -
1) Consult near by OBGYN and talk to them about your concern.
2) More over you need to preciously follow the medication pattern they want you to take. (clomiphene which is the drug for ovulation)
