Irregularities On Penis Head, Scars On Body. Partner Has Pain During Sex And Burning During Urination. STD?

Iam 29 yrs old I had 3 yrs old boy but after this son my wife didn't get pregnant and she had irregularities of menstruation and recurrent of pain particularly in the hib. she also feels burning of urine and pain during sexual intercourse.
some days before I make sexual intercourse and in the morning I have felt and seen problem on the head of my penis and a red scar on the right hand and lower part of my breast in the left hand.
so what are the problems. is it STDs or any other thing

Possibility of STD cannot be ruled out.
As you have rashes on your penis and your partner too has burning sensation.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
Get yourself tested for STD.
Get these tests done for your wife too.
