Irritated Throat, Coughing, No Blood, Shortness Of Breath, Heart Pain

hi my throught is irritated all the time i cough a lot , the is no blood nothing that is unusual i have notice and when i cough i experience a short of breath, and also i have sharp heart pain once in a while , I have tried cough mixture, throught irritants but nothing is working , this condition is worse when i am sleeping

Your frequent throat irritation could be due to an allergy problem or due to an infection. You have not mentioned how long you have been suffering from the cough and throat symptoms. Since your symptoms are not responding to symptomatic measures such as cough syrups, it would be advisable to consult a doctor, have your throat and chest examined and then initiate appropriate treatment. So kindly visit a doctor for a proper evaluation.
