Irritated Vagina, Burning Sensation While Urinating. Had Hysterectomy, Bacterial Infection Since That. Taken Antibiotics. Advice?

Had total hysterectomy 2 months ago. Have had bacterial vaginitis ever since and been treated with antibiotics twice with no luck. Now, they would like me to see if my body can heal itself. The problem is by vagina/vuvla is so irritated. It burns when I urinate too. I have been checked for UTI and it was negative. I'm miserable.

Welcome to HCM.
It might be due to infection or some cut, abrasions in the vagina.Burning might be due to touching of urine while passing.
Get examined by gynecologist and start treatment.
Otherwise you can apply local cream containing clindamycin with anti fungal, steroid
Oral antibiotic like cefixime,oflox/ornidazole will be helpful.
Take proper local care, avoid tight undergarment.
It it is recurrent than go for cbc, urine, fbs, ppbs.
