Sir,
I hav been prescribed by my dermatologist a dosage of minolox 100 2 times a day and isotroin 10 mg 2 times a day and isotroin 5 mg 1 time a day after food. Deriva BPO gel has been also prescribed. It has been a month and now I am experiencing trouble and irritation in my stomach. Is it normal or some side effect? Should i visit another doctor or change my medicines??

Hello!
Thanks for query.
Minocycline(minolox) and isotretinoin can cause gastric upset ,gastritis and epigastric pain.
You avoid these side effects by taking proton pump inhibitors (omeprazol) along with the medicines.
Take plenty of oral fluids after taking minolox and isotertenoin. You can take these medicines after food to avoid side effects.

Hope this helps you.
Thank you.
