General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is the toxic level of morphine in the blood over which the decisions are taken in police and court of low. The mentioned limit is the level of the morphine active ingredient in the blood at the time of accident and not the drug dose taken on that day.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
