Is 34*34 Cyst In The Right Ovary Abnormal?

Hi Doctor, I had PCOD and underwent a Lap+Hetroscopy in Feb2011. My gynic suggested 6 cycles of IUI. I am already done with 2 cycles with no postive results. However, this time, doctor said that there is 34*34 cyst on my right ovary. Today is my 3rd day. She gave me Meprate to be used from day 16th till 25th. Is this cyst abnormal? I mean she asked me to imdtly see her if i have any kind of pain/discomfort in abdomen and suggested that if cyst doesnt go away, they will give sedation n remove water from it..i am confused..is this normal??
