OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Non visualization of yolk sac and fetal pole at the mean gestational sac diameter of 2 cm is suggestive of a blighted ovum or a failed pregnancy.
The pregnancy is unlikely to progress normally and should be terminated.
I will suggest you to take a second opinion from another OBGYN specialist for proper treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
