Is 5.9 And 117 Pounds, Is That Proportionate ?

Is that about right, too thin, or too much? Because people always say i need to gain weight, but i cant...is 5'9 and 117 pounds bad?should i take that advice? im not anorexic or anything...just run alot.. could it be genetics? my mom is the same way, and my dad, im not all bony and awkward, im just insecure that its really...nasty..you know?

if you take height and weight your BMI comes to be 17.3 which is under weight range. Irrespective of athlete status you should gain some wight.

H@#L I'm short and thin but I'm also black so that's another hill of beans. Since you don't workout to mainatin it just make sure you eat a healthy diet and screw them all. Enjoy it while you can cause a fast metabolism can wear off with age or body changes like having a baby. Suck it up. We're here, we're skinny, give us fried chicken.
