Hi I'm 240lbs, 41 yrs. of age, I currently eat 1200 to 1400 calories a day, and exercise 40 minutes a day doing kickboxing, which claims I burn 733 calories. I have a desk job, I work 8 hours a day. I want to know if what i'm currently doing safe for my body? No heart problems.
