Is ALT Level Of 56 A Cause For Concern?

Hi I just got my results and my ALt level is at 56. I have been having a skin reaction for 1 year that is a non stop itching urge. I have gone to 5 specialist and none have found any results to inform me of what I have. They checked my diabetes my cholesterol and I am fine with everything except these results could this be what is triggering this or is my level to high? What should I do to lower it why is it high. I do t even know what this means I just know it has to do with my liver

I don't think a level of ALT of 56 is a matter of concern. I think it may be raised if you are taking sleep aids, or taking alcohol.
