General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. I think that 200 mg is a low dose.
First, have 500 mg
Second, stop eating
Third have a rest for some hours. If it does not stop
Go meet a doctor and have an abdominal echograpy done
For anything, can talk to me again!
