Is Allergex Tablet The Right Medicine For Itchy Rashes In A Child?

can i give my 8 year old grand-daughter one allergex tablet? She has come out in an itchy rash. She had a bubble bath earlier (which I am hoping is the cause of the rash) but has also just completed a 5 day course of anti-biotics. Would it be safe to give her one tablet?

One tablet of the allergex should be fine but if the rash is still there a day later, she should have a doctor take a look at it
