Is Amitriptyline The Right Medicine For Migraine Headache?
My doctor prescribed amitriptyline 10mg (increases to 20 in a week) as a migraine prevenative. He gave me midrin and norco 5-325mg to take when I have headaches. Obviously I won t be on all the pain meds at once. My ob gyn have me the same strength norco while breastfeeding right after my son was born. Is a dose of midrin (2 pills) and daily amitriptyline safe while breastfeeding a 2 1/2 year old?
