Is Amlodipine Advisable For Fluctuations In The BP Level While On Warfarin And Pravastatin?
I take 80mg Sotalol twice a day. I suffer from afib. I am also on warfarin, levothyroxine and pravastatin. I have had abnormal blood pressures throughout the day and was prescribed Amlodipine 5mg. I was prescribed it 2 weeks ago but have been worried about taking it because my bps sometimes drops to 108/70 and gets as high as 165/125. I am ready to try it but when is the best time to take the meds I am on and when is the best time to take Amlodipine?

You can safely take amlodipine. It will act only on elevated blood pressure and normal blood pressure will not be affected.
