My daughter(4 yr 10months old) was suffering from frequent dry cough.Doctor prescribed Ambrodil-S and Respira D for 3 days.As she did not have relief we again got her a check up after which Doctor diagnosed her of having asthama.Medications were later changed to Advert Fort and Combination of Ambrodil -S and Grilinctus for a week and Telekast L-Kid for 3 months and asked to come back after a week for checkup.Today he has given Budate 100 inhaler and said that she would require to take it twice daily for 3 months as a precautionary measure and asked to continue Telekast L-Kid for the same period.If she gets cough inbetween doctor has asked to give ambrodil - S and respira - D for 3 days.I would like to ask whether there is any test to confirm that my child has asthama and are the medicines given by the doctor correct.Also my father in law and his mother had asthama .So is it possible for my child to outgrow asthama with the given medications incase it is heriditary?
